Modularization Plan
Header
The Header is modulized, enabling changes to be made to
header.inc that will update the header across all pages.
Navigation
The Navigation is modulized, enabling changes to be made to
navigation.inc that will update the navigation across all pages. Much of the header is style manipulated in the
screen.css style sheet.
Footer
The Footer is modulized, enabling changes to be made to
footer.inc that will update the footer across all pages. The footer is mildly stylized in the
screen.css style sheet.
